Craig Pulvirenti CEO, Founder & Principal Security Executive / Trainer

Craig Pulvirenti is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Professional Protectors & Consultants Worldwide (PPCWW). A nationally recognized security executive, Mr. Pulvirenti brings more than four decades of leadership experience spanning military intelligence, law enforcement, executive protection, government contracting, investigations, intelligence operations, risk management, and professional training. His career has been defined by leading people, solving complex security challenges, and developing practical solutions for government, corporate, and private-sector clients.  Over the course of his career, Mr. Pulvirenti has served in leadership roles across military, municipal, federal, and international security operations, providing him with a breadth of operational and executive experience rarely found in today's security consulting industry. He began his career in the United States Army, serving in Military Intelligence with assignments supporting U.S. Army Special Operations in Germany during the Cold War.  Following his military service, Mr. Pulvirenti embarked on a distinguished career in government security and law enforcement, serving as a police officer, criminal investigator, SWAT operator, police sniper, academy instructor, field training officer, and specialized investigator. He also served as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of public safety operations from multiple disciplines.

In 1992, Mr. Pulvirenti founded Professional Protectors & Consultants Worldwide (PPCWW), building the company into a respected provider of executive protection, investigations, security consulting, intelligence support, risk management, and professional training. Under his leadership, PPCWW has supported major corporations, educational institutions, healthcare organizations, government agencies, critical infrastructure, and private clients with tailored security solutions designed to address today's evolving threats.

Beyond his domestic experience, Mr. Pulvirenti has served in senior leadership positions supporting the U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense, and other government agencies through domestic and international government contracts. His overseas service extended well beyond the classroom. In addition to developing and delivering advanced law enforcement and security training, he participated in active operational missions supporting the U.S. Department of State in complex and high-threat environments.

His international assignments included executive leadership, protective security operations, police development, force protection, mentoring foreign security organizations, operational planning, and mission support in Iraq and other overseas locations. Throughout his career, Mr. Pulvirenti has instructed and mentored thousands of military personnel, law enforcement officers, government officials, and private-sector security professionals in executive protection, criminal investigations, firearms, active threat response, tactical operations, leadership, and organizational security.

Mr. Pulvirenti has managed large-scale international security programs, led multinational teams, and advised senior government officials and foreign law enforcement agencies on security operations and capacity development. His career uniquely combines military intelligence, domestic law enforcement leadership, international operational experience, executive protection, government contracting, and executive management. This diverse background enables him to provide clients with practical, experience-driven security solutions based on decades of real-world operational success rather than theory alone.

As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Pulvirenti continues to lead PPCWW with a commitment to integrity, professionalism, innovation, and operational excellence. His mission is to help organizations identify risk, strengthen security, and prepare people to meet today's complex threats through proven leadership, practical experience, and evidence-based solutions.

Dr. Gerald Cliff brings PPC a distinguished career spanning law enforcement, criminal justice research, education, and public safety leadership.

He began his career as a patrol officer with the Detroit Police Department and steadily advanced through the ranks, ultimately serving in numerous investigative and executive leadership positions. Among his most notable assignments, Dr. Cliff led the Detroit Police Department's Violent Crime Task Force during the investigation of serial killer John Eric Armstrong.

Following his service with the Detroit Police Department, Dr. Cliff served as Chief of Police for the City of Saginaw, Michigan, where he led one of Michigan's major municipal police agencies, emphasizing professionalism, accountability, and community-focused policing.

Dr. Cliff also served as Research Director for the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), where he directed research initiatives supporting law enforcement agencies across the United States. His work focused on emerging criminal threats, investigative best practices, fraud, financial crimes, and evidence-based policing strategies.

In addition to his executive leadership, Dr. Cliff is a respected scholar, author, educator, and researcher. He collaborated on The "Baby Doll" Serial Killer, which chronicles the investigation of the John Eric Armstrong serial murders and the coordinated law enforcement effort that brought the case to a successful conclusion. He has also presented extensively on the formation and operation of the multi-agency task force responsible for solving the case.

Throughout his career, Dr. Cliff has successfully combined decades of operational law enforcement experience with academic research and strategic analysis. His unique perspective bridges the gap between practical policing and evidence-based criminal justice, making him a nationally respected authority in law enforcement leadership and criminal investigations.

As Vice President of Research and Operations for Professional Protectors & Consultants Worldwide (PPCWW), Dr. Cliff provides leadership in research, policy analysis, curriculum development, publications, and innovative solutions that enhance public safety, investigations, security, and professional training.

William John Furno, M.S. is a highly accomplished law enforcement veteran and security operations executive with four decades of expertise spanning criminal investigations, institutional safety, and organizational risk management. He currently serves as the Director of Security at Parkway Christian School in Sterling Heights, Michigan, where he directs comprehensive campus safety strategies, oversees physical security infrastructure, and implements threat mitigation protocols to protect students, staff, and faculty.

William's transition into educational and corporate security follows a distinguished 26-year career in public service. This includes two years with the Macomb County Sheriff's Office and 24 years with the Charter Township of Clinton, where he spent 17 years in the Criminal Investigations Unit and co-created the department's Cold Case Homicide Unit.

Following his retirement from public law enforcement, William expanded his private sector footprint. He founded Furno Security Consultants and Investigations, served as the Director of Security for Continental Management, and was an Agent with Pinkerton Risk Management and Investigations. He also drove threat assessment as an Intelligence Operations Officer for Mott Community College. A committed educator, William has shared his real-world expertise as a Criminal Justice instructor at several Metro Detroit colleges and the Macomb Regional Police Academy.

William holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership from Baker College. He is REID Advanced Trained in interviewing and interrogation, a certified McAfee Institute Social Media Analyst, and holds a FEMA Professional Development designation. His comprehensive technical toolkit spans executive protection, workplace violence prevention, open-source data investigations, and policy development.
